www.StrengthSpeedAgility.com There are 3 keys to hitting well off the front foot. 1) Watch the ball and get your front foot as close to the ball as you can 2) Hit late ie hit the ball underneath your eyes 3) Get into a power Position by bending your front knee If you can execute these 3 things you will be playing straight drives like Sachin Tendulkar or Ricky Ponting in no time.It takes practice so try the drills in the video and keeping working at it.

A good drill for waiting for the ball is to get someone to underarm balls from the bowling crease and make it bounce 6-8 times so it teaches to batsmen to wait for the ball

@strengthspeedagility He smashed our division, topping 1,000 runs after about 16 games. Its a VERY small world, you weren’t at BBC when my school “Stockport Grammar” came over around Feb time? The coach at BBC was a bit’ve a tool from what i remember, saying we weren’t allowed to go for shots onto the main road on the small leg side boundary!

@strengthspeedagility Very cool, im 18 and from the UK playing first team cricket in the Cheshire County Cricket League, some guy called Glenn Batticcotto played for a team in my division, think he was contracted by the bulls for a while? I also spent a month in Queensland with my school, 2 weeks in the Sunshine Coast, and the rest of the time in Toowoong, playing Brisbane Boys College and other surrounding schools!
